If you or your users can not connect by means of two-factor authentication to the site, server or VPN, you can allow on-line access using [admin panel] (/login) of Multifactor.

  1. Login admin panel, using available authentication method. We hope, you set all available methods.
  2. Browse to section "Access requests" Multifactor access requests
  3. Find the request, waiting for access, and press link "Details"
  4. Press button "Allow access without authentication". The user will promptly receive one-time access within the current session. Multifactor access request
