If there is a guarantee that we will not be hacked into?
Neither we nor anyone else can give you 100% guarantee. On the other hand, we take all measures to ensure ourselves and your security, and using multi-factor authentication allows you to increase your system security several times.
Do you collect biometric data?
No, we do not. Upon registration in the Multifactor system of the device which uses a biometric authentication method, this device creates a new key pair. The private (secret) key is stored on the device, and the public one is transmitted to Multifactor. Upon authentication, the device checks the user's biometrics data in order to provide access to the key pair, then it creates an inquiry message, which confirms the user's authenticity, and which is signed by the private key, while the Multifactor checks the sign using the public key.
Upon activation of the U2F token, I can see the white screen only and nothing happens.
Please try to activate your token again. In case there is an error "The token is already activated" please press arrow "Backward".
